OUR COMMITMENT

Every VARDO suit is made to order in Jaipur and shipped directly to your door. We commit to 21 days end to end — from the day you place your order to the day it arrives. If we miss that deadline for any reason, your order is free. No exceptions. No fine print.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Most US orders arrive in 11–14 days. Day 21 is our hard commitment.

Day 0 — Order confirmed. Measurements reviewed. Production begins.
Days 1–6 — Pattern drawn and fabric cut by our tailoring team.
Days 7–13 — Hand finishing and quality checks. 47 QC checks per suit.
Day 14 — Suit pressed, boxed, and dispatched via DHL Express.
Days 11–21 — Delivered to your door.

DISPATCH SCHEDULE

We dispatch orders Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the next business day.

Planning around your wedding date? Order at least 30 days before your event to give yourself a comfortable buffer.

SHIPPING COST

Free shipping on all orders above $100 USD. Since every VARDO suit is priced above $100, shipping is always free for US orders.

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

IMPORT DUTIES & CUSTOMS

All import duties, taxes, and customs charges are fully included in your order total. You will not be asked to pay anything additional upon delivery.

We handle all international customs processes on your behalf. Your suit arrives at your door — pressed, boxed, and cleared. No unexpected charges, no delays at customs.

US customers: Your order clears customs before DHL delivers. The price you see at checkout is the total price you pay.

ORDER TRACKING

Your DHL Express tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your suit in real time at dhl.com.

LATE DELIVERY GUARANTEE

If your order does not arrive within 21 days from the order date — your order is completely free. No exceptions, no fine print, no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to all standard US orders. For international orders outside the US, please contact us before ordering to confirm delivery timelines to your country.
