OUR PROMISE

Every suit we make carries our personal guarantee. If it doesn't fit — we fix it. Free. No returns required, no questions asked.

FREE REMAKE — FIRST ORDER

If your suit arrives and the fit is off, we will re-cut and re-ship a corrected suit at no charge. This applies to your first order only.

You do not need to return the original suit. It is yours to keep either way.

To request a remake:
— Email support@vardo.co.in within 14 days of delivery
— Include your order number and a description of the fit issue
— Attach photos (front, side, and back wearing the suit)

Our tailoring team will review, confirm the correction, and ship your remake. Typical remake delivery is 14–18 days from approval.

After your first order, your corrected measurements are saved to our records. All future orders are built on your proven fit profile — no remake needed.

REMAKE SHIPPING FEES

The remake itself is completely free. A small shipping fee applies only when individual pieces are being replaced:

Full suit (jacket + trousers + vest): $65
Jacket only: $45
Trousers only: $35
Vest only: $35

These fees are refunded as a discount on your next order.

If the remake also does not fit — full refund, no deductions.

FULL REFUND — WHEN WE ISSUE ONE

A full refund is issued in the following situations:

1. The remade suit still does not fit correctly.
2. Your order does not arrive within 21 days from the order date — your order is free.
3. Your suit arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.

14-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You have 14 days after delivery to raise a return or remake request. Contact us at support@vardo.co.in with your order number and details of the issue.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order only. Because every suit is made to order, production begins quickly and we cannot accept cancellations once it has started.

Cancellation charge: 7% of order value. This is a non-refundable payment gateway fee charged by our payment processor — it is not retained by VARDO. The remaining 93% is refunded in full within 5–7 business days.

To cancel: email support@vardo.co.in with your order number and the subject line "Cancellation Request" within 24 hours of ordering.
